Our Focus

Megan Keppler is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of Ohio State University who is excited to work with underserved communities. She looks forward to continuing her education on her own so she can continue to learn the best tools and strategies to treat her clients

Megan is a member of multiple minority groups and grew up in small-town Ohio. She is acutely aware of the hardships and difficulties faced by minority populations and marginalized people especially in environments that are not safe. She is aware that many humans are let down and disenfranchised by our current systems and she works everyday to fix the systems she can and fight against the ones she cannot.

She is a polyamory-affirming, kink-aware provider who believes that everyone deserves judgement free access to holistic healthcare. She hopes to create a space where all her clients feel safe to be their authentic selves and can receive the compassionate care they need.

Stacey Molle’ ACNS-BC FNP PMHNP

Stacey Molle’ (pronounced Moe-lay) is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nurse Practitioner that has 17 years of nursing experience in both Family and Psychiatric Mental Health. She has extensive post-graduate experience to better care for the clients she serves.

She grew up in a small rural town and understands the confines of oppression and the trauma that can be induced by not being able to be your authentic self. She understands the healthcare system and how it often lets patients down. Her goal is to offer care for marginalized populations that allows clients to be their true self, without judgment, and at a fair, affordable rate. Her additional special interests are: neurodivergence, queer concerns, and body-positive weight management.

She is a polyamory-affirming, kink-aware, queer provider that hopes to provide a safe space for any patient that needs her services. She believes in providing care that promotes sex positivity, body positivity, and considers the needs of the whole person. She does currently have a waiting list for new clients.

Hannah Rowe (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. She earned her Master of

Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from BGSU in 2022 and frequently engages in professional

development to further her skills, techniques, and knowledge.

Her clinical experience includes community mental health, inpatient services with youth, adolescents, and

adults, college counseling, and crisis services. Hannah practices from an integrated humanistic framework to

guide individuals in filling their life with meaning while aiming to provide a safe, affirming, and comforting

environment as she understands the importance of support and connectedness when it comes to growth and

healing.

Hannah is a queer-identifying provider who believes in mental health services that are accepting of an

individual’s authentic self. She understands the barriers and difficulties of those with marginalized identities

receiving healthcare services free of judgment and strives to be that place of inclusion for all people.

Hannah Rowe LPC

Greetings! My name is Tandy Cyrus. I am a licensed therapist in Ohio with over 10 years of experience. I have worked in both community mental health and private practice settings. I have partnered with clients that have had a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, adhd, mood disorders, bi-polar disorder, post-partum depression, OCD, career stress, childhood trauma and anger management issues.

My counseling style is warm and personable. I enjoy working with people to help them reach their full potential and lessen symptoms of their mental health issues. The counseling techniques that I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I will work with you to help you triage areas that need worked on first, treatment goals to help you reach your potential, and learn coping skills to maintain progress that we made.

I am ready to put in the effort with you to help you take the first steps to reclaim your life and make progress on your mental health needs. I am excited to work with you!

Cat Coolidge is a Licensed Social Worker with 5 years working with complex family systems as well as both adolescent and adult clients. She has training in many forms of therapy including CBT, DBT, TF- CBT, and MI. and specializes in mental health disorders and complex trauma.

She grew up in  central Ohio, graduated from OSU, and understands firsthand how mental health can affect every aspect of life, and how much pressure that can be. Since she has worked with various populations, she is skilled at finding resources and connecting you to them, no matter where you are. Because of this skill, Cat strives to connect the need of resources and ongoing counseling, so that every person can get support meeting their needs. 

Cat is a polyamory and kink-affirming provider that uses modern and personal counseling styles to provide a consistent space to promote understanding, healing, and growth no matter where clients are in their journey. Cat seeks to create a place to learn about therapy and feel safe to work on continued self-awareness for all clients.

Abhi Lad, LPC

My name is Abhi Lad. I am a Licensed professional Counselor in the State of Ohio. I have earned my Master of Arts in Applied Clinical and Counseling Psychology.

I have over 2.5 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked in a variety of healthcare settings like Adolescents behavioral health, Substance use and dual diagnosis and Adult mental health facility.

I love utilizing strategies of Cognitive and Humanistic approach to better understand clients` perspective which eventually guides us towards the ultimate goal and helps us to easily track the progress.

I strongly believe therapy is a two way street where information, knowledge and insight is exchanged in a professional and confidential manner which ultimately builds trust and goal oriented behavior.

Monica Malone MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Monica Malone is from a small town in central Ohio and was an ER nurse for 10 years before attending The Ohio State University and receiving her Master Degree of Nursing Specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner(PMHNP). She furthered her education attending Adler University receiving a Master Degree of Psychology specializing in Military Psychology. She has 5 years of experience with servicing and advocating for adults, children, and specializing in the needs of veteran’s and civil servants with dual- diagnosis, trauma, and other mental health needs. She has worked with a range of ages from childhood up to geriatric patients and with diverse populations. She stays updated on continued education, evidence- based practices and resources that will allow her to provide the most safe and effective care.

Monica has a welcoming, optimistic, non-judgmental personality that will allow her to build a trusting and therapeutic relationship with her patients. When not at work she loves to spend time with her husband, twins, granddaughters and their dogs. She loves to go fishing, traveling, and being on a beach and loves sea turtles. She also spends time in her community working with veterans, like herself and spouse both having served in the USAF. She has served her community for many years as a paramedic and firefighter. She spends time in her community working with local civil servants and is advocating for these groups because of the lack of proper mental health care, to help rid the stigma that these groups face in getting the mental health care they need. She has an understanding of the trauma that these populations have experienced and hopes to make more of a difference in improving the mental health care system for individuals working to protect and serve in our communities and country.

Her goal as a PMHNP is to assist patients to achieve personal goals by formulating treatment plans and medication management for positive outcomes. She strives to make a change in the community by promoting resiliency and support which will lead to a better quality of life for those affected by mental illness.

McKenzie Lanigan LSW

McKenzie Lanigan is a  licensed social worker in the state of Ohio. McKenzie is an alumni from The Ohio State University where she received her Bachelor of Art in Psychology and a minor in professional writing. McKenzie is also a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati with her Master of Social Work. 

McKenzie is from a small town in central Ohio. She understands that inequality is prevalent in healthcare and that this inequality affects minority group’s access to care. As a social worker, she understands the importance of advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves and always putting the client’s needs first. McKenzie’s experience includes working with women dealing with substance use issues and mental health issues.
